Born and raised in the Adelaide Hills, Sven Joschke took the scenic route to winemaking—leaving a career as a chartered accountant and returning home after years spent interstate and abroad, including time making wine in Jura, France.
Today, Sven creates expressive South Australian wines using sustainable, minimal-intervention techniques that allow the vineyards and fruit to speak for themselves. Join him at Zinc as he personally guides guests through five featured wines, each paired with a course created by our chefs.
