Our menus are built around exceptional Australian produce, fresh local seafood and carefully selected meats, with dishes designed to let quality ingredients speak for themselves.

At the heart of our kitchen is our custom-built Fenwesco open-fire grill. Premium Australian meats are cooked over native hardwoods and locally sourced Gidgee charcoal, creating the distinctive char, smoke and depth of flavour that defines dining at Zinc.
