Location of Zinc Restaurant, Port Douglas Australia
Port Douglas is located 65 kilometres north of Cairns in Tropical North Queensland, on the north-eastern coast of Australia.
The drive north from Cairns International Airport takes around one hour; a drive which takes in some of the most spectacular scenery in Australia, with many beaches right by the Captain Cook Highway.
Port Douglas is home to some of North Queensland's most exclusive resort, restaurants, galleries and world class shopping. The village of Port Douglas offers a unique blend of sophistication and relaxation.
"Port", as everyone calls it, is a popular departure point for trips to the Great Barrier Reef, the Mossman Gorge, Daintree National Park and Cape Tribulation.
Zinc Port Douglas is centrally located in the Portico building on the corner of Macrossan and Davidson Streets, the main corner in town. The restaurant is conveniently located close to many of Port's apartment complexes as well as famous Four Mile Beach.
If you have your own car, you will find ample undercover parking (including disabled car parks) underneath the restaurant with access from Davidson Street. A ramp from the car park provides easy access for wheelchairs up to Zinc.

Alternatively, the local shuttle bus stops at the bus stop right in front of Zinc or you can hire a taxi or limousine from your accommodation.
